For soft, pliable rotis:
Gradually add 15–20 ml water to form a smooth, soft dough
Add 1–2 teaspoons of oil or ghee and knead well (this improves elasticity and softness)
Allow the dough to rest for 5–10 minutes
Roll gently using dry flour to prevent sticking
Cook on medium heat until evenly cooked and soft
Brush lightly with oil or ghee while cooking for extra softness.
