Proud Grains — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Proud Grains ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site and purchasing products from ProudGrains.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, and nutritional information. Product pages (for example, our Gluten Free Flour) include ingredient lists and allergy information. Despite our best efforts, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur; if a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact the customer to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders & payment

• Orders may be placed on the Site using the available payment methods.
• You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

4. Shipping & delivery

• We ship within Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier performance, holidays, or other delays.
• Free delivery is available for orders above PKR 3,000; otherwise shipping fees apply as shown at checkout.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see above). By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the constraints in that policy, including hygiene-related exclusions for opened food products.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and product packaging — is the property of Proud Grains or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proud Grains’ liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the purchase price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proud Grains and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use customer information. By using the Site you consent to collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
