Our Story

Proud Grains was born from a simple frustration: as a Pakistani family trying to eat better, we couldn't find specialty flours and health foods that we could actually trust. Everything was either overpriced, imported, or came with no real information about what was inside.

So we built it ourselves.

What We Do

We source, mill, and pack premium specialty flours, seeds, and superfoods specifically for Pakistani kitchens. From our Gluten Free Flour — milled in a dedicated gluten-free facility — to our Sugar Control Multigrain Flour for families managing diabetes, every product is designed around a real need we have seen in Pakistani homes.

Our Promise

Every product we make, I would give to my own family. That is not a tagline — it is the actual standard we hold ourselves to. We use the same flours in our own kitchen. We eat what we sell.

We back our key products with independent government lab testing from PCSIR (Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) so you do not have to take our word for it.

Where We Are

We are a Pakistani brand, shipping across Pakistan. Our specialty flours come from Surkhab Industries, Havelian, Abbottabad — a facility in the foothills of the Himalayas where the grain is good and quality is controlled.
